How can I search for jobs on Ceemingly?

There are a few ways you may find the right job for you. You can use our advanced search filters to find jobs that specifically request your skills. You may also frequently visit Ceemingly to view any new employers or companies that have posted new opportunities that match your preferences. You also may share your video profile link with employers that are not directly on Ceemingly, these options will allow you to maximize your chances of being hired.

Can I edit my video after uploading it?

If you wish to edit a video, you will have to remove the video and re-upload the video once you have completed the edits.

Is my video visible to the public?

No, Ceemingly respects your privacy. Your video is private and will only be visible to the employers on Ceemingly

Can employers directly reach out to me through Ceemingly?

Absolutely, with our two-way search directory you are able to search for employers/companies as they are able to search for you to find the right fit for available positions.

How can I update my contact information?

To update your contact information, you would have to visit your profile page found on the top right next to your name. Click on the picture next to your name. Once you are in your profile you will be able to update your contact information as well as your video(s), resume, experience and skills

How do I know the status of my application?

To view the status of your application you will visit your jobs applied for page to view the status of each application.

Can I upload my resume to my profile?

Yes, in addition to your video you can upload your resume to your profile, making it easy for employers to review your work experience and skills.

Can I upload multiple videos to showcase different aspects of my skills?

Absolutely! Ceemingly allows you to upload multiple videos, allowing you to tailor your profile for different job opportunities and showcase a diverse range of skills and experiences.

Is my video profile visible to all employers on Ceemingly?

Yes, once your video has been approved it is visible to all employers on Ceemingly. This will maximize your chances of finding a great job opportunity.

What should I do if I forget my password or have trouble logging in?

Click on the “Forgot Password” link on the login page to reset your password. If you continue to experience issues, contact Ceemingly support for assistance.

Can I save or bookmark jobs for future reference?

Yes, each job listing will have a tab on the top right corner allowing you to save or bookmark jobs that interest you. You will be able to find these “saved jobs” on your saved jobs area along with your applied.

Will my video be live as soon as I post it on my profile?

No, once your video is uploaded your video is sent to an approval department. This department will review your video to ensure it meets our guidelines, Once complete and all is well your video will be approved and become available in the search directory for employers in the Ceemingly network to view.

How do I create a video to upload to Ceemingly?

Commonly used devises for recording videos are smart phones, as well as video cameras. You would create a video on your device of choice and once your video is complete, you will upload it to your Ceemingly profile. Are there guidelines for creating an effective video?

Yes, we provide guidelines and tips for creating an impactful video found in our terms and conditions page. Here are a few: Keep it concise, focus on key achievements, and make sure your personality shines through to make a lasting impression. Avoid music or noise in the background as this may be distracting and may take the focus away from your voice. Visit our guidelines page for more details on a guideline to creating a great video.

What type of video formats are accepted?

Ceeminglys video acceptable file formats are: MP4 and MOV.

Yes, depending on internet speed your video may take a few seconds before playing.

What is the recommended job area for?

When you create a profile on Ceemingly and add your address to the contact information, Ceemingly will automatically locate all job postings within a 50-mile radius posted with in the last 7 days and place them in the recommended jobs area for you. Your search in the search bar using distance will also be based on the address provided in your contact information page.

What are the acceptable Resume formats for upload?

For posting your resume(s) Ceeminglys acceptable formats are PDF, JPG, and PNG

How long of a video can I upload?

Up to 1 minute (60 seconds). You may choose to upload a video less than a minute and that is great as well however, the maximum video allowance is 1 minute per video.

Can I apply multiple times to the same position?

No, at Ceemingly we allow one application per person per position. This allows the employer to review each application without confusion.

How long can my video take to upload?

Depending on internet speed as well as video size, you may have a video take anywhere between 1minute to 5 minutes. TIP: Please do not close out of your browser or mobile device while the upload is taking place as this may delay the process.

Am I able to see Candidates outside of the Ceemingly Network?

No, All candidate’s videos and personal information is private and all employers who wish to view the Candidates profile must register to Ceemingly

Will my profile be visible to anyone outside the Ceemingly network?

Yes, as an employer all company profiles including your current job listing will be visible to the public, this will allow you to reach a wide range of audiences and increase the chances of finding the right candidate for your available positions. Note: Anyone who applies must register to the Ceemingly Network in order for the employers to view their video and resume profile.

Can anyone freely apply to my job postings?

Yes, however anyone who applies must register to the Ceemingly Network in order for the employers to view their video and resume profile.

What information do I need to provide during the registration process?

As an employer you would be required to provide information about your company as well as the registering company representative. Some of the information required for registration would be – work email, name of company, Job title, number of employees, company location, company description. Our simple step by step process will guide you through the registration process that should take just a few minutes to complete.

Is there a fee associated with posting job openings on Ceemingly?

Yes, currently on the Ceemingly network you may choose from two types of monthly memberships. You have Professional and Enterprise membership. For more information on each tier of membership visit our “for employers” section

Is there a limit to the number of job postings I can have at a time?

No, Ceemingly allows you to post as many job openings as your company has and needs included in each membership.

How can I boost the visibility of my job listings to attract more candidates?

Should you wish to boost your company’s visibility on Ceemingly, you may choose our Premium membership. Premium membership allows you to benefit from all the professional tier membership offers as well as the ability to post videos about your company or positions available to allow your current openings to be more attractive for candidates. Your company will also display a “Sponsored” and be placed at the top of the list on the directory.

How do I manage and edit job listings once they are posted?

You may visit your “my profile” page to be able to view and edit your current job listings.

Can I integrate my company’s social media accounts in the Ceemingly network?

Yes, you will be prompted to do so when you choose to share your job posting on your social media accounts directly from Ceemingly. You may also choose to use your social media accounts to log in.

Can I search for potential candidates based on specific criteria?

Currently on Ceemingly you may search by skill, job type, date posted, and distance from you as well as searching by name on the directory.

Is there a process for verifying the authenticity of job listings or employer accounts?

Ceemingly will ask you to verify your work email when registering. As well as a two-step verification process to log in.

How long does my job listing(s) stay active on Ceemingly?

As long as your membership is active, or as long as your job opening available in conjunction with your membership. If you do not remove your job opening and your membership is still active your posting will be public and able to receive applications

You may contact Ceemingly directly anytime for billing using our contact us form directly in our platform after log in. You will receive a reply from our direct email to the contact information used in the form within 48hours or less.

Where can I contact someone if I have a specific question that is not in the FAQ’s?

You may send us an inquiry form directly from your profile using the contact us form. You can locate the contact us form by clicking on the question mark located at the top right corner after log in.

Can I search people by first or last name?

Yes, you may search by either or. When you are ready for a new search clear the filters before searching for a new name
